For your claim to be successful we invite you to follow the procedure below within 72 hours of receipt of your package:

1. Take photos of the damaged package (packaging with package number and damaged items mandatory).

2. 2. You must go to the carrier's warehouse (or post office ifCOLISSIMO is sent by COLISSIMO) with the damaged goods.

3. Draw up a damage / spoliation report and request a copy, which the post office or carrier cannot refuse if the procedure and deadlines are respected.

4. Send a copy of the recorded ticket to our services by email to: info@espinosa.fr or by registered mail to:

If the post office or carrier refuses to issue a damage / spoliation report (it has no legal right to refuse if the deadlines are met), please fill out a sworn statement (downloadable model below) to specify in writing that you have received a damaged / spoliated package and that the post office or carrier has refused to issue a damage / spoliation report (to be specified on the statement to be filled out).

Article L133-3
Upon receipt of the goods carried, the Haulage Contractor shall not be liable to the Haulage Contractor for damage or partial loss. if the addressee has not notified the Haulage Contractor of his reasoned protest by means of an extrajudicial document or by registered letter within three days, excluding public holidays, following the day of such receipt.
If, within the above-mentioned time limit, a request for expert appraisal is made pursuant to Article L. 133-4In the case of a request for a ruling, such a request shall constitute a protest without the need to proceed as provided for in the first subparagraph.
Any stipulations to the contrary are null and void. This last provision is not applicable to international transport.
