🚀 O rders & Payment

📝 How do I create an account?

  1. At the top of the site, click on "Sign in" or "Login".
  2. Choose between an Amazon, Google, Facebook or PayPal account, or create one directly.
  3. Select "Personal Account" or "Business Account" according to your status.
  4. Fill in the information requested and validate your registration.
  5. For public institutions, return the completed document received at the end of registration.

🛒 How do I place an order?

  1. Add your items to the shopping cart.
  2. Log in or create an account.
  3. Choose your delivery and payment method.
  4. Confirm and receive your validation e-mail.

💳 What payment methods do you accept?

  • Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, etc.)
  • PayPal
  • Bank transfer
  • Payment in instalments (up to 4x free of charge 💰)
  • Mandat administratif / Chorus (for public institutions only)

🔄 Can I modify or cancel my order after validation?

🕒 If your order has not yet been dispatched, contact us quickly!

📦 If it has already left, only UPS allows a modification.

👉 Follow the link received by e-mail, click on "Modify my delivery" and follow the steps.

🚚 Delivery

📅 How long does delivery take?

Between 24h and 72h in metropolitan France, depending on the method chosen.

🚛 Which carriers do you use?

We work with Colissimo, UPS, Geodis.

📍 If you're in the Montpellier area, you can also pick up your order directly in store!

🔍 Can I track my order?

Of course you can! As soon as it's shipped, an e-mail is sent to you with a tracking link.

🔄 Returns and Refunds

🔙 Can I return an item?

Yes! You have 14 days after receipt to return it to us, provided it's new and in its original packaging.

📦 How do I make a return?

  1. Print out your invoice, order e-mail, or simply write your order reference on plain paper.
  2. Pack the productcarefully.
  3. Send it to :

📬 You can choose the carrier of your choice or use Colissimo.fr or UPELA.com.

4. After receipt and verification, we will proceed with reimbursement within 24 hours.
