How can I benefit from the Colissimo Delivered & Installed service?
- Add an item eligible for this offer by simply checking that the product sheet contains the following information:
- After validating your basket, select "Colissimo" in the "Shipping method" step
- Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an e-mail to track your Colissimo delivery. If one of the items in your order is eligible*, in this same e-mail, by clicking on "Find an expert", you can select the service that corresponds to your needs, validate your details and pay for the installation services. Within 48 hours, you'll be put in touch with a local expert to arrange an appointment based on your availability. Experts are qualified self-employed entrepreneurs, companies or craftsmen.
- On D-day, the local expert collects your parcel directly from Colissimo and comes to your home to carry out the service!
