

Product description:
Procryl is a high-quality single-component plasto-elastic sealant based on acrylic dispersions.
Characteristics:
- Very malleable
- Colorfast and waterproof after curing
- Paintable after curing
- Excellent adhesion to many porous materials and aluminum
- Color: White
Applications:
- Connection joints in the construction sector.
- Connection joints to window sills, between baseboard and wall, between masonry, etc.
- Filling cracks and fissures on concrete and plaster.
Substrates:
- Types: all common porous substrates in construction and renovation. Not suitable for natural stone, bitumen, glass, and metal. - -
- Condition: surfaces to be sealed must be clean, dry, and dust-free. Pretreatment: Pretreat very porous substrates with diluted Procryl (1 volume of Procryl + 2 volumes of water).
- It is advisable to perform a preliminary adhesion test on any substrate.
Joint dimensions:
- Minimum width for jointing: 5 mm
- Maximum width for jointing: 20 mm
- Minimum depth for jointing: 5 mm
- Recommendation: joint depth = joint width. For large joints, use PE joint backing before applying the sealant to avoid adhesion on 3 substrates.
Storage duration:
- 12 months in its closed packaging in a cool, dry place, at temperatures from +5°C to +25°C. Protect from frost.
Instructions for use:
- Do not apply if there is a risk of rain or frost during the drying process.
- Application method: Apply the sealant into the joint using a manual or pneumatic caulking gun. Then finish with, for example, a spatula.
- Cleaning product: Procryl can be removed from materials and tools with water before curing.
