When technology and aluminum merge to create harmony and well-being, here is the Klass radiator, it is the synthesis of lines for a radiant, contemporary and efficient look.
This sense of harmony between the material, the shapes, and the performance of a slender silhouette ideal for small spaces.
Klass is the evolution of technology, aesthetics, reliability, and performance.
The GLOBAL radiators have a 10-year warranty from the date of production.
This warranty is limited to the replacement of elements with manufacturing defects, provided that the installation has been carried out according to the rules of the art, current regulations, and the "correct installation" paragraph.
≈ The KLASS radiators are intended for use in hot water and steam central heating installations up to 110° C and at a pressure of 600 K Pascal - 6 Bar.
≈ The installation pipes can be made of steel, copper, or plastic.
≈ For proper installation operation, we recommend maintaining the following distances:
≥ cm 3 distance from the wall
≥ cm 10 distance from the floor
≥ cm 10 distance from the shelf or niche
To prevent thermal expansion of the installation from causing noise, it is recommended to install specific brackets (artt. 4, 25, 27, or 29 see our catalog).
≈ To protect the installation, we recommend checking the water pH (which should be between 6.5 and 8) and introducing, if necessary, a passivating inhibitor such as Cillit-HS 23 Combi or similar 1 liter per 200 liters of water circulating in the installation and purging the air at high temperature/water 90° C during commissioning.
≈ We recommend installing an automatic or manual air vent on each radiator.
≈ As a precaution, avoid completely closing the radiator taps to eliminate all kinds of excess pressure. If you wish to exclude one or more batteries from the operation of the entire heating circuit, you can do so, but it is imperative that each of these batteries is equipped with an automatic air vent.
≈ For proper paint maintenance, radiators should not be kept in humid environments before and after installation, as any paint damage on a part of the radiator could trigger the formation of aluminum oxide and completely detach the paint.
≈ For radiator cleaning, it is imperative not to use corrosive products.
