The GARDENA Universal Adapter 13 mm allows you to easily switch to the Micro-Drip-System. The adapter has an inlet for connection pipes and standard integrated dripper pipes of your old 13 to 16 mm system and a GARDENA outlet to which a GARDENA 13 mm connection pipe is connected. You can also use the universal adapter to connect a GARDENA 13.7 mm integrated dripper pipe (ref. 1389-20 and 1395-20) to the GARDENA 13 mm flexible connection pipe for surface or buried integrated dripper pipe (ref. 13503 and 13504). The installation of the MDS component for system change is intuitive and self-explanatory thanks to clever symbolism. When connecting the Micro-Drip-System elements to the GARDENA outlet of the universal adapter, you will hear a click back to the closed position, confirming the successful connection. In combination with the irrigation center 1000 (Art. No. 13333-20) or 2000 (Art. No. 13310-20), available separately, your Micro-Drip-System is reliably water-tight and supplied with regular water pressure. This makes them reusable and therefore durable.
