Grease Remover G30 - 1L can FNL

Application:

G30 DESEMBOUANT is used for the de-silting of existing heating installations, whatever their age. Eliminates boiler and radiator noise and increases the efficiency of the installation. Suitable for underfloor heating systems. Can also be used before starting up a new installation in order to eliminate residues (metal chips, flux residues, filasse, etc.).

Use according to the biocide regulation: TP02.
Contains: 5% or more but less than 15% of Phosphates, less than 5% phosphonates, preservatives.

Instructions for use :

- Turn off the boiler.
- Use 1L of G30 DESEMBOUANT for 100L of water.
- Empty an equivalent amount of water from the boiler drain valve or by unscrewing the drain head of a radiator.
- Introduce G30 DESEMBOUANT into the circuit using a funnel through the drain head of a radiator located at the top of the installation or using an injection pump.
- Start the circulation pump again (maximum temperature 80°C). Leave to act for 2 to 5 days, depending on the degree of clogging of the system.
- Drain the entire system with as much water as possible to evacuate the sludge, through the drain valve of the boiler or a radiator located in the lower part of the system. Rinse well and refill the system.
- Fill the circuit with G10 INHIBITOR to protect the system from sludge formation and corrosion.

Advice from the Pro:

Sludge can sometimes mask micro-leaks that will appear after a de-silting operation. In this case, use G40 MICRO LEAK COLLECTOR (not suitable for steam boilers or low temperature boilers - product requires a temperature of 80°C in the boiler).
