The Ø100 anti-odor cartridge from Formatub is an eco-friendly filter designed to effectively trap odors from sanitation systems while allowing air to circulate. It enhances daily comfort and can, depending on the configuration, prevent the installation of ventilation columns up to the roof peak. Its active fiber filtering media captures odors while maintaining proper ventilation, with a claimed action up to 10 times faster than the best activated carbon. The cartridge installs on a ventilation column via sleeves or female T-connectors with a diameter of 100. When the ventilation column cannot be installed, it can also be positioned flush with the ground, just below the vent cap. At the end of its life, the cartridge is treated as waste comparable to cardboard: it can be incinerated without releasing toxic vapors or generating ultimate waste. Depending on usage conditions, it is recommended to plan for a replacement every 1 to 3 years.
