Implementation:

Preparation:

• The substrates must be perfectly clean, dry, free of putty, grease and dust.
• Quickly remove your old seal with SILICONE DISSOLVENT, then clean the surface with a solvent (e.g. acetone, alcohol).

Instructions for use :

• The installation temperature should be at least 20°C.
• Fold the seal along the entire length, plastic side to plastic side, and mark the fold.
• On the 22 and 40 mm joints, the protective film is in two parts. This makes it possible to glue the joint first (part (top or bottom) on one of the supports (fixture or wall) and then on the other. The part of the bracket that is to be used is the still protected by the protective film to place the fold in the corner.
• Keep the joint folded, apply the fold to the corner.
• Press firmly and perpendicularly without smoothing the joint (the joint must not be stretched). Remove the protective film as you go along.

In a corner :

• Mark the position of the corner on the joint at the location of the vertical corner.
• Make a 90° cut on the bottom half of the joint
• Glue the top part on both sides of the corner.
• Cut diagonally the double thickness formed in the lower part.
• Remove the two triangular cut-outs and finish the installation.
• Adhesion is instantaneous and complete after 24 hours.
• For the installation of bathtubs made of synthetic materials without reinforcement or without support from below, the following is required
• carry out the installation of the joint with a bathtub half filled with water.
