Descaler for hot water storage tank

• APPLICATION AREA

Descaling of the tank of the hot water storage unit.

Descaling of the hot and cold water pipes of the generator.

• USAGE

Completely drain the tank and disconnect the hot and cold water lines.

Using a funnel, slowly pour 9 L of product into the cold water inlet, stopping regularly to allow the descaler to act in the pipe. Proceed similarly with the remaining part of the can (1 L) into the hot water inlet and let it act for 15 to 20 minutes.

Reconnect the cold water line and rinse the tank using the drain valve located at the bottom of the unit.

Reconnect the hot water line. Close the drain valve and flush the tank: let the water run until the generator is perfectly rinsed (when the water is clear, without foam, the tank is clean).

To better visualize the water: remove the aerator from the tap.

• FEATURES

The DESCALER FOR HOT WATER STORAGE TANK does not attack seals, rubber, copper, brass, or mesh sheet metal.

DO NOT RINSE THE TANK IN A STAINLESS STEEL SINK: the descaling product may stain the stainless steel.

It is recommended to perform an annual descaling to keep the tank in perfect condition.
