Two-component epoxy putty for rapid repairs to all materials.

For filling holes and cracks in most materials such as copper, metal, brass, cast iron, PVC, wood, cement and plastic. except polyethylene (PE)aluminum andceramics.

Assembling different materials and diameters.

Rapid repair without equipment or flames.

Easily malleable.

Can be remodeled within 45 min at 20°C after application.

Durable repair.

Pressurization to 5 bar after 2 hours.

Completely dry after 12 hours.

From beige color after drying.

Temperature resistance 120°C.

No withdrawal.

Blister pack containing 1 x 50g resin stick and 1 x 50g hardener stick.

Instructions for use : For better adhesion, roughen surfaces with emery cloth or sandpaper.
Substrates must be clean, dry and free of grease.
Cut an equal quantity of each component and remove the protective film.
Mix the two pieces until a uniform shade is obtained (at least one minute). This mixture can be used at 20°C within 20 minutes.
Apply the mixture, pressing it firmly onto the surface to be repaired.
It is best to allow the putty to harden completely before use.
Once fully cured, the putty can be drilled, sawn, filed, painted... just like metal.
In the event of a pipe leak, turn off the water supply. Purge the pipes by opening/closing a tap. Repair as described above and wait 2 hours before re-pressurizing.
