Features :
Silicone oil and inert filler based grease, water repellent, resistant to temperature and many chemicals :
- Lubrication of sanitary fittings.
- Greasing of valves and fittings working at very high or very low temperatures or in the presence of
- water vapour or corrosive chemicals in industry and laboratories.
- Water repellent: can be used on devices used to convey hot aqueous solutions.
- Prevents limescale in the water from depositing on lubricated parts
Implementation:
Preparation:
- Clean and degrease the equipment to be lubricated completely
Instructions for use :
- Apply directly or with a finger or spatula
Cleaning of equipment :
- Solvent degreaser
Product benefits:
- Protects lubricated parts from scale
- Prevents electrolytic corrosion between dissimilar metals
Storage:
- Store at a temperature between -5°C and +40°C.
- The expiration date on the package is measured on unopened product, stored at 20°C under normal conditions of hygrometry.
Observations:
- Do not lubricate valve or regulator devices in oxygen circuits (silicone/oxygen contact under pressure can cause explosion hazards).
- Do not use for fast movements.
- Do not use on surfaces that are painted or are to be painted, stained or glued: The presence of silicone acts as an anti-adhesive and can cause paint refusals (non-adhesion, fish eye ...) or impossibility of gluing.
