What is Bayrol's Chloryte?

These are pure granules of highly concentrated and unstabilized chlorine to be used for a very powerful immediate shock treatment. Ideal in case of algae and cloudy water, they effectively and immediately prevent saturation thanks to its very intensive supply of active chlorine (70%).

What is the function of Chloryte?

Its primary function is disinfection. Chloryte is composed of calcium hypochlorite granules, an unstabilized chlorine. With very rapid dissolution, it acts as a shock treatment to quickly eradicate water impurities. Without chlorine stabilizer, it allows pools to be treated without the risk of over-stabilization.

Instructions for use:

• Always perform the treatment with filtration in operation, pH between 7.0 and 7.4
• Pour Chloryte evenly over the entire surface of the pool and in the absence of swimmers. If the water temperature is below 20°C or the pool depth is less than 1 meter, dissolve Chloryte in a clean bucket of warm water (max 400g for 10L of water), then pour directly into the pool, in front of the return jets.
• In case of turbidity: check the pH (an acid correction may be necessary) and let the filtration run for a few hours to eliminate it.
• For use in hard water, perform an anti-scale treatment beforehand.

Usage recommendations:

Let the pump run for at least 12 hours. Perform this operation in the evening after swimming. Do not add this product to the skimmer or any other dosing system (chlorinator, floating dispenser, etc.). Swimming is possible as soon as the chlorine level is below 3 mg/L.
