The design of the JAKA FD boiler is characterized by a high efficiency cast iron body (93% water efficiency) thus meeting the stringent requirements of the European CE** standards.

-Large heat exchange area
Thanks to its 3 smoke paths and a perfectly balanced thermodynamic exchange, due in particular to the presence of fins in the combustion chamber and in the exchanger, but also to a gas filtration system located on the upper part of the fireplace.

-Low temperature operation
The technical design of the body, the special composition of the cast iron and its anti-corrosion treatment allow an optimum operation at a traditional temperature but also at low temperature.

-Large water capacity
The large water content of each element favours a perfect irrigation of the heating surfaces, avoiding any local overheating and a faster heat exchange.

-Expansion distribution and absorption
The mechanical contractions are attenuated by a rational and efficient distribution of the heat load. Moreover, the connection between elements in elastic neoprene joints absorbs the effects of thermal expansion.
