Product description :

Pro Foam is a single-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam for upside-down use.

The foam contains gases (HCFC- and CFC-free) that do not damage the ozone layer.

Features :

Shelf life :

12 months in closed packaging in a cool, dry place (between 5 and 25°C). Always store upright.

Instructions for use :

Shake can vigorously for 20 seconds.

Screw adapter onto aerosol can. Moisten the dust- and grease-free substrate. For unusual substrates, an adhesion test is recommended.

Fill the joint or cavity to 1/3, as the foam continues to expand as it cures.

Shake regularly during use.

If several coats are applied, dampen between coats. Uncured foam can be removed with cleaner or acetone.

Before using the cleaner, check whether surfaces are affected. Plastics and coats of lacquer or paint can be particularly sensitive to this.

Hardened foam can only be removed mechanically, using Soudal PU-remover.

Light wetting of the substrate optimizes adhesion, increases yield and accelerates curing. To fill large volumes: apply foam in layers, moistening between coats. For unusual substrates, a preliminary adhesion test is recommended.
