Product description:

Pro Foam is a one-component, self-expanding polyurethane foam, for use upside down.

The foam contains gases (without HCFC and CFC), which do not attack the ozone layer.

Characteristics:

- High shape stability (no shrinkage or post-expansion)

- High filling yield

- Excellent adhesion on all surfaces, except PE/PP

- Very good thermal and acoustic insulation

- Excellent characteristics for assembly

- Freon-free (harmless to the ozone layer and greenhouse effect)

- Not resistant to UV rays

Applications:

- Installation of windows and doors.

- Filling of cavities

- Installation and repair of ridge tiles

- Application of a silent layer

- Optimize insulation in the refrigeration field.

Shelf life:

12 months in its closed packaging in a dry and cool place (Between 5 and 25 °C), Always store upright.

Instructions for use:

Shake the aerosol vigorously for 20 seconds.

Screw the adapter onto the aerosol. Moisten the dust-free and degreased surface. For unusual surfaces, it is advisable to perform an adhesion test.

Fill the joint or cavity to 1/3, as the foam continues to expand during curing.

Shake regularly during use.

If several layers are applied, moisten between layers. Uncured foam can be removed with cleaner or acetone.

Before using the cleaner, check if the surfaces are affected. Plastics and lacquer or paint layers can be particularly sensitive to this.

Cured foam can only be removed mechanically, with Soudal PU-remover

Slight moistening of the surface optimizes adhesion, increases yield, and accelerates curing. To fill large volumes: apply the foam in layers and moisten between each layer. For unusual surfaces, a preliminary adhesion test is recommended
