  • Black, 280 ml

Features :

Neutral / alcohol silicone sealant. Special sanitary grade, containing a powerful fungicide :
  • Elastic seals around sanitary appliances: washbasins, basins, tubs and shower cubicles, bathtubs, sinks, bathroom furniture, worktops
  • Applicable on glass, enamel, porcelain, acrylic, resin, synthetic materials, wood, concrete, stone natural*, etc.... [(*) The diversity of nature especially for marble and granite requires a test previously on a hidden part].
  • The presence of an effective fungicide prevents the development of these black spots that give the joint a dirty look.
Implementation:

Preparation:
  • Remove old joints using SILICONE DISSOLVENT.
  • The surfaces must be dry, dust-free and free of grease.
  • For joints that are too deep, limit the depth by using a joint base.

Instructions for use :
  • Cut the end of the nozzle to a diameter slightly smaller than that of the joint.
  • Apply the sealant with a spray gun.
  • Smooth the joint within 5 minutes.
  • Wait 2 to 3 hours before using sanitary appliances, 24 hours before direct water spraying.

Consumption :
  • Depending on the size of the joint and the application, a 310 ml cartridge will produce a joint a length (the length of the joint is expressed in meters) :


Cleaning of equipment :
  • The cleaning of the equipment is done with acetone, white spirit or ethyl alcohol before drying the putty and by scraping after hardening.

Tips:
  • First of all, mark out the location of the joint with adhesive tape, which is to be removed immediately afterwards smoothing.

Storage:
  • Store at a temperature between +5°C and +25°C.
  • The expiration date on the package is measured on unopened product, stored at 20°C in normal conditions of hygrometry.

Observations:
  • The sealant cannot be painted.
  • Prolonged storage at a higher temperature may, in some cases, alter the final characteristics of the product.
  • Severe conditions (prolonged contact with water, use of aggressive cleaning products, temperature high, ..) can slightly alter the colour of the sealant.
