Straight fitting FLEXSEAL PLUS SC 1.5 Bar, 50/65 mm

The FLEX-SEAL Plus^® SC multi-material fittings are "straight" or symmetrical fittings, equipped with a central stainless steel anti-shear band.

Available from DN 50 to DN 600 (and beyond custom-made with the LC and XLC ranges), FLEX-SEAL Plus^® SC allows the assembly and repair of pipes of different materials and different diameters, for sanitation or gravity drainage networks.

FLEX-SEAL Plus^® SC has two main features:

• TOX^® = the stainless steel parts are assembled by clinching and not welded to optimize durability over time;
• The Clip-In = a profiled EPDM system allows the clamping bands to be held in place during transport and installation of the fittings.
• Made of EPDM and Stainless Steel 304 (with options: NBR, Stainless Steel 316), they are highly resistant and have a lifespan at least equal to that of the pipes.

They resist:

• a maximum pressure of 1.5 bar and accept an angular deviation up to 3° (please consult us)
• a shear force (expressed in Newton) up to 25 times the DN (in mm).

The FLEX-SEAL Plus^® SC fittings can be installed inside as well as outside buildings and can be buried or installed above ground. A simple screwdriver is needed to put them in place.
