The Flex Seal Plus SC multi-material fittings are "straight" or symmetrical fittings, equipped with a central anti-shear stainless steel band. Flex Seal Plus SC allows for the assembly and repair of pipes made from different materials and of different diameters, for sanitation or gravity drainage networks. Flex Seal Plus SC has two main features:
- the TOX® = the stainless steel parts are clinched rather than welded to optimize durability;
- the Clip-In = a profiled EPDM system keeps the clamping bands in place during transport and installation of the fittings.
Flex-Seal Plus fittings are the first and only multi-material fittings to benefit from a CE marking ETA09/0248. They are also CSTB certified.
Made of EPDM and Stainless Steel 304, they are highly resistant and have a lifespan at least equal to that of the pipelines.
They withstand a maximum pressure of 1.5 bar, accept an angular deviation up to 3° (please consult us) and resist a shear force (expressed in Newton) up to 25 times the DN (in mm). Flex Seal Plus SC fittings can be installed indoors or outdoors and can be buried or installed above ground. A simple screwdriver is required for installation. |
